Cyrano replies to the WhatsApp chats you choose, in your voice. These terms set out what you can expect from it and what you are responsible for when you use it.

Who can use Cyrano

You must be 18 or older, and you may only link a WhatsApp account that is your own.

What you are responsible for

Messages Cyrano sends go out under your name. You are responsible for them as if you had typed them.

• You choose which chats are covered and can pause or stop at any time.
• You decide who needs to be told that Cyrano may be replying for you, and you follow the law where you and they live.
• You keep your authenticator and recovery codes safe.

What you must not do

We may suspend an account that is used in these ways.

• Deceive someone to get money, codes, passwords or secrets from them.
• Harass, threaten or pressure anyone.
• Send bulk or unsolicited messages, or message people you do not know.
• Pretend to be someone other than yourself.

WhatsApp

Cyrano is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp's terms do not permit automated use of personal accounts, and WhatsApp may restrict or ban a number that uses tools like this. That risk is yours.

What Cyrano does not promise

Cyrano is software and it makes mistakes. It may misread a message, reply when you would not have, or stay silent when you would have answered. It hands important moments to you, but you should not rely on it for anything urgent, legal, medical or financial.

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available.

Stopping

You can stop at any time by removing Cyrano from Linked devices in WhatsApp and using Delete everything in Settings.
